Processing Your Order
– After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation at the address you provided. Please retain this email as proof of your purchase. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them at checkout. If you select a “safe drop” option and are not available at the time of delivery, MAND VCARD is not responsible for the package once it has been left at the designated location.
– Deliveries are made from Sunday to Thursday, unless otherwise specified by your selected courier.
– PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand and current workplace safety measures, our processing times may be longer than usual.
Tracking Orders
– All orders shipped within Saudi Arabia include tracking. If your order has not arrived, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance at [email protected]
– International orders are sent via a standard airmail service that includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If alternative shipping arrangements are requested, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of those orders.
– If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the shipping provider.
Delivery Times
– Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location, generally ranging from 2 to 10 days.
– IMPORTANT: Please verify that all items received are correct. If you receive an incorrect item, do not open it. We will not accept returns or provide refunds for opened, tampered, or non-original condition items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and retain the item for proof of damage (e.g., images/videos emailed to us).
