1. Return Policy Returns of products are not accepted. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide your order number as proof of purchase, and the order must not have been fulfilled, shipped, or delivered according to the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
– Customers are entitled to request a replacement if the product is damaged upon delivery, provided that they report the issue within 48 hours and submit photographic evidence of the damage. – If the product does not function as expected, a replacement may be issued, but refunds will not be provided. – If the product has been successfully activated and the customer encounters issues after contacting customer support, the customer may be eligible for a refund.
– The customer will be notified via email upon approval of the refund, which will be processed within 2 to 4 business days back to the original payment method.
3. Warranty Customers are entitled to a free replacement if the product loses its adhesive within 30 days of the order being marked as delivered.
